How To Become A Member     

Receiving your Gold Medal Benefits at Atlanta City Employees Credit Union (ACECU) is easy. We require a valid form of identification (GA Driver's license preferred) along with a social security card or work issued identification card. Once you join our Credit Union family, you are a member for life. We offer membership for your family members as well.

ACECU Bylaws, Article II, Section 2.1 defines our field of membership as:

The field of membership shall be employees of the City of Atlanta and all Agencies, Authorities and Organizations, that are affiliated with the City of Atlanta; Zoo Atlanta, Inc.; Atlanta Fulton County Emergency Management Agency; Fulton County Government; Enterprise Car Sales of GA; Atlanta Empowerment Zone Corporation; Atlanta Development Authority; United Water Services Atlanta; Mt. Nebo Baptist Church; Victory Tabernacle Missionary Baptist Church; employees of the Credit Union; persons retired as pensioners or annuitants from the above employment; persons related by blood, adoption, or marriage to or living in the same household with a person within such common bond; surviving spouses of deceased members; and organizations of such persons.

Members and employees of the Wheat Street Baptist Church in Atlanta, Georgia; residents of or person who work in Wheat Street Gardens, Wheat Street Towers, or Wheat Street Shopping Center (located on the property of and owned by the above church); members and employees of the Calvary Baptist Church in Madison, Georgia limited to a maximum of 2,500 members; members and employees of the Cathedral of Faith Church of God In Christ in Atlanta, Georgia, limited to a maximum of 2,500 members; spouses of person who dies while within the field of membership of this credit union; persons retired as pensioners or annuitants from the above employment; employees of this credit union; members of their immediate families; organizations of such persons, and Cathedral of Faith Church of God In Christ.
