Criteria

  • Minimum loan amount of $50,000
  • Minimum credit score of 580
  • Complete Homebuyer Education or counseling with HUD-approved counseling agency

Documentation Checklist

Please provide copies of the following items, if applicable:

  • Two most recent pay stubs
  • W-2 (or 1099) forms for the last two years
  • Federal tax returns, including all schedules (A, B, C, E, etc.), for the last two years
  • Most recent statements for checking, savings, and money market accounts
  • Social Security awards letter or pension letter, if receiving these benefits.
